These terms govern your use of FOXOS, the AI-powered hiring screening platform operated by Agendos AI LLC (Wyoming, USA).
Service Description
FOXOS provides AI-powered hiring screening via WhatsApp. Patricia, our AI agent, handles candidate screening conversations, schedules video interviews, and generates Executive PDF Dossiers.
Payment Terms
$15 USD per completed video interview. Billed via Creem (Merchant of Record). The first interview for each new employer account is complimentary. No recurring subscription fees.
Pricing Model
Pay-as-you-go. You are charged only when a candidate completes the full 5-minute video interview. WhatsApp screening conversations are free and unlimited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, resell access, impersonate candidates, or use the platform for discriminatory hiring practices.
Intellectual Property
FOXOS retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and scoring algorithms. Employers retain ownership of their job briefs and the dossiers generated for their roles.
Limitation of Liability
FOXOS liability is limited to the total amount paid by the employer in the prior 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
